 What days and hours are you open? 

We are open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm 

Saturday 9am-4pm and closed Sunday.

( We can deliver on Sunday if the order is placed in advanced )

What is the cut-off time for same day delivery ?

You may order an arrangement for same day delivery until 1pm. If you’d like same day delivery and it's after 1pm please give us a call at 936-266-0350 or text us at 936-203-5048 to see if we can accommodate your order. 

What areas do you deliver to? 

We deliver to Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Willis, and parts of our surrounding areas. If you’d like us to deliver further out please give us a call at 936-266-0350. 

Can I pick a delivery time ? 

Absolutely! We currently offer 8am-2pm , and 2-6pm. If you’d prefer a specific hour please write it on the delivery instructions when checking out. Or give us a call after placing the order to let us know. 

Can I make a change to my order? 

Of course! give us a call at 936-266-0350 to make any changes or send us a text at 936-203-5048. 

Will you contact the recipient?

We don’t usually contact the recipient. If no one answers the door then we try to get ahold of the recipient unless explicitly told otherwise. 

What do y’all do if no one is home to accept the flowers ?

We usually contact the sender and go from there. If the sender does not answer then we contact the recipient. 

Can I pick up the flower arrangement? 

Yes! We are home based so after placing your order we’ll send you a text of our address and confirmation of the pick up date and time. The day of pick up we will send you a reminder through text and we will provide a box for easy transportation for vase arrangements. Our website only allows you to order flowers for delivery so if you’d like to place an order for pick up please give us a call at 936-266-0350.

Can you deliver at a specific time? 

Absolutely! We know sometimes the flowers are being sent to work, school, or funeral services, etc. and it's important for the blooms to arrive on time so please feel free to specify the delivery time under "special delivery instructions" while checking out or give us a quick call at 936-266-0350. We are always more than happy to accommodate any special requests. 

How are delivery charges determined ?

Delivery fee is based on distance and time. Currently our base price is $15 for delivery.

What is the difference between a vase arrangement and a bouquet? 

A vase arrangement is an arrangement of flowers in a glass vase with water and flower food whereas a bouquet is an arrangement of flowers wrapped beautifully in paper.
